Rajshree holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in International Business Laws from a prestigious university in the United Kingdom, she is registered lawyer with the Bar Council of India, ⁠Qualified solicitor in England and Wales. and ⁠ICA Compliance Diploma from Manchester Business School.

Rajshree's diverse international qualifications and extensive experience in financial industry enable her to navigate complex regulatory environments effectively, ensuring compliance and fostering operational excellence.

Issac has over 15 years of industry and compliance experience in Canada, providing him with a robust understanding of regulatory frameworks and best practices within the financial sector.

Issac holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree and is certified as a CAMS (Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist). He also holds certification from Blockchain Data Investigation & Canadian Securities Institute.

Issac has held leadership positions as the Head of Compliance at several prominent international banks, including HSBC, Royal Bank of Canada, Wells Fargo Bank and Bank of Montreal in Canada. His extensive background in these roles has equipped him with the skills necessary to navigate complex compliance landscapes effectively.
